Firi tar opp kampen om 1,1 millioner svenske kryptoeiere

Firi is opening its app in Sweden this week, with Swedish BankID, Swish and deposits in kronor, after receiving a MiCA licence in May and lining up a Swedish bank partner. The Norwegian exchange, already in Norway and Denmark, is entering a market where about 1.1 million people already own crypto. Country manager Ted Scheiman says the launch is more than a translation: onboarding, payments and support are built on Swedish fintech, and customer support is in Swedish.
