Hilbert finansierer utlån med innskudd på blokkjeden

Hilbert Finance, the lending arm of Sweden's Hilbert Group, is taking stablecoin deposits on-chain through Ember Protocol's hLEND and lending the money against collateral worth more than the loan. Until now that loan book was funded only off-chain. About USD 2 million sat in the pool on 31 August. Hilbert says the setup can grow lending without Hilbert Group putting its own balance sheet behind it, and the notice does not say who bears the loss if a loan defaults.
